2. What data we collect

We aim to collect the minimum amount of personal data necessary. Currently:

  • Website analytics — We use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. This may include your IP address (anonymized where possible), browser type, pages visited, and referral source.
  • Advertising measurement (product pages only, with your consent) — On our product pages (/promty), and only if you allow advertising cookies, ad platforms receive event data: the page you viewed, whether you clicked through to the Promty app, the click ID from the ad you came from, a cookie or browser identifier, your IP address and your user agent. We use it to measure and optimise our advertising.
  • Scheduling — When you book a consultation through Calendly, you provide your name, email, and any information you choose to include. This data is processed by Calendly under their own privacy policy.
  • Email communication — If you contact us via email, we store the correspondence to respond to your inquiry.

3. How we use your data

We use collected data exclusively to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations
  • Improve our website and services based on usage patterns
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising (only with your consent)
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal data. If you give your advertising consent, the ad platforms listed in section 4 receive event data from our product pages.

4. Third-party services

Our website uses the following third-party services that may process personal data:

These providers may transfer data to the United States; such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Fonts are self-hosted and do not involve any third-party requests.

5. Cookies

We ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies. There are three categories:

  • Essential — e.g. your consent preference. No consent required.
  • Analytics — if you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure website usage. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
  • Advertising — a separate choice, off by default. Only on our product pages (/promty), and only if you allow it, the ad pixels listed in section 4 set cookies and send event data to the ad platforms.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the page footer. Withdrawing advertising consent reloads the page and stops the pixels.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Email correspondence is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized on a rolling basis.

7. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
  • Restriction — request limitation of processing
  • Portability — request transfer of your data in a structured format
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
